Mix Telematics/ Matrix: Cancellations not cancelled! Imcompetence at its highest level.

We have cancelled Matrix aka Mix Telematics services since October 2023,, when a call centre staff member was exceptionally rude and condescending to us, and so we decided to switch our fleet of vehicles to another tracking company, and they are still debiting our account 5 months later. I have repeatedly used their 'cancellations' email address, we have called in and cancelled and yet the incompetence level in cancelling the account is astounding beyond words at this point. What will it take for Matix or mix tlelematics to stop debiting money not due to them? how many ways are there in which we are supposed to CANCEL ALL tracking agreements until they stop *****ing money from us? I even emailed the CEO of Matrix and no response is to be had.
