Mix telematics makes it impossible to stop their services and lies about explain T&C's over phone call

Do not go with matrix for your car tracker. They hide cancellations policies. They contacted me to install a tracker in my car over the phone. Now that I want to cancel their services because their tracker is draining my car's battery and already damaged to it to the point where I had to buy a new battery, they don't want to uninstall it. First I called them to cancel and they told me that they will send someone to remove the tracker and I will have to pay something like R800 for the call out. After nearly 2 months no one showed up and when I call to follow up they tell me I have to pay penalties for early cancellations which they claim they explain over the phone. That is a complete lie. I requested the recording of that phone call when they explain that to me and any documents I signed to agree to any contract via email and they went quiet That was a month ago or so, yesterday they sent me emails for welcome pack for beame and for MXV while I want to stop all their services. This is a joke. do not go to Mix Telematics Matrix Vehicle Tracking. They want to make it impossible to not use. no one will put a cord around my neck. I don't want your services or whatever you call it.
