Mix Telematics is useless and just wants money

I had a car tracker with Mix telematics, On 24 February I had lost my car they couldn’t help me. They told me they can not give me the exact location of the car and that if they find it i will pay a certain amount regardless of my monthly premium of 129 they debit every month from my account.When I asked to opt out they told me of a binding agreement that I should pay an fee for breaking the contract. They continued debiting while I was no longer using their service as it was not valuable to me. I sometimes reversed the payments. On the 02 December 2019 they debuted R1475.77 from my account without my permission and I reversed it as I never gave them permission. It is tiring
