Mix Telematics is not a Company you can rely on - stay away

I have 1 account with this company, however three debit orders, which in itself is costly. For the past year I am requesting this company to convert to 1 debit order - seems like this is beyond the service they provide as still to date zero action. This is not all - I have been requesting via the web, emails etc to obtain the tracker and Beame certificates for all our vehicles - ZERO Action. The best they can do is take your money and then nil action. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!
