Mix Telematics is ****ming people
around november 2023 i had a tracker from this company installed in my 1st vehicle for R99pm their agent informed me this is a month to month contract, everything seemed fine and their agent proceeded to ask me to move my other car to them i did and botghh vehicles where to cost me R249 pm this company started debiting my account for R328 every month, i wrote many emails to no avail i asked to cancel those contracts they refused and rather billed me gor over R6000 for tjhose cheap trackers of theirs, i looked at my installation certificates from them the hardware that i must pay for costs about R1500 i have contacted their customer care and cancellation departments and the omburdsman plus experian since my credit score is affecyed no one cares to police this company as it ruins peoples financial opprtunities and ***** from people am sure many people are being ****med by this mix telematics. please help

Apparently i didn't sign for a 3 year contract but its in their terms and conditions
They failed to prove by sending me either a voice recording or an email of my contract
In terms of cancelation fees
They are charging me R2700 for something they call reports
Which is not a hardware
Only installed one tracker in my car worth R1512
I paid that amount but they want to ***** from me.
Whats sad the credit bearue experian is silent on the matter, the umbusdman for motor vehicle is toothless
And these ****mers continue to rob and harras people.

After we discussed with them and they agreed to cancel their outrageous contract because they did not hold on their end of the bargain they have not removed my name from credit bearue
And keep debiting small amounts like R35 from my account against the agreement
They are abusive and not a company to be trusted
