Mix Telematics is given more than a months notice to cancel a contract and fail to do so
On the 22nd of September 2021, I sent a cancellation letter for a vehicle I had with you. This contract was on a month-to-month basis. I received a reference number. YET A MY INVOICE AND DEBIT ORDER REFLECT THAT THIS CANCELLATION WAS NOT DONE EVEN THOUGH I HAD GIVEN MIXTELEMATICS MORE THAN A MONTH’S NOTICE.
You can’t get hold of anyone telephonically at cancellations as you are put on hold for 20 minutes or more and then the call drops. When you request a call back, they NEVER DO.
