Mix telematics is a ***** company

I received two messages from Mix telematics informing me to pay the monthly instalment, although the contract was cancelled telephonically on the 18th July 2022 and acknowledged by their staff, I was only contacted on the 1 August 2022 to cancel the contract from their side, I requested a certificate which states that the date of contract activation was the 25/06/2019 which means that the 36 month contract has expired the end of June 2022 I stated in my previous rating when I tried to move the unit from my old vehicle to my new one, I was informed that the contract had expired,
