Mix telematics is a ****
On the 29th of March I called mix telematics to cancel my contract with them, the lady I spoke to gave me an email address saying that cancellations are not done over the phone instead I should send an email, which I did and they said my issue is resolved. To my surprise yesterday they debited my account.
