Mix Telematics is a Nightmare

Nightmare! I regret not checking their reviews before signing up with them. My unit is not working I was told it's been off for months and I wasn't able to monitor this on my phone because the Beam app is not working, I even tried upgrading the app but still has the same issue. I tried canceling my contract with them another nightmare, you are transferred from one department to the next without any assistance. I was told to send an email to the cancellations Department for this but still, it's not canceled and today my account was debited twice. I honestly HATE this company and it's frustrating me
