MIX TELEMATICS IS A ****< DONT DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!

i started sending emails since november last year with regards to the substandard batteries being used for thier installation which was causing the battery on a brand new vehicle to drain and that started having adverse effect on the electronics on the car, no one responded, this year i started chasing them again still noting then i madeit a point to stop paying.

So far i have replaced the battery on an M850i Convertible 2 times and on a Hyndai staria once. hey still arent pitching up then One Nicole Dasruth after servel attempts and a multitude of arrogant, ********, non tetiary educated cusomer service agents then came and told me to send the car in, the nerve of them, that after all these months i should take the car in.

Now they have locked me out of the portal, i cant find one of my cars and i am just praying that something happens to that car, it is going to be a field day in court as they somehow think they are in the right, when its found out that they are using substandard products in thier installation and its causing havoc, then they will understand that this is no joke.
