Mix Telematics is a big joke

hi my name is nathanian and i have a account with mix telematics and i was paying them R165 and i request fuel which they said it was free but not more then R500 and now i received a call saying i must pay them R4000 lol i did not believe it ........R4000 for fuel what a joke they want to make money out of us .....
