Mix Telematics - Impossible to remove device or get service
I have been trying to cancel this service and get the device removed from our vehicle from when it was installed in October 2022. To date I have had numerous emails confirming cancellation, final letters regarding payment, yet no calls regarding removal of your system, which does not work and has never worked. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT, CANCEL THE CONTRACT & REMOVE THE DEVICE FROM OUR VEHICLE. ACCOUNT NO. ***7
