Mix Telematics ignore cancelation!!
I canceled my vehicle tracking at the end of July 2022 telephonically and also emailed through a cancelation on the 01/08/2022. Surprise surprise (NOT), a debit order was still taken off my account! I have also emailed the cancelation again asking why it was not done! Please cancel my matrix as I have installed a tracker which is much better. At least they have a number you can contact them on in case of problems. Finding your number if there is one, is like finding Yeti! I have reversed my debit order. Read your cancelation emails!!
