Mix telematics have a very poor service
I am so ****ed and annoyed this company must be closed clearly they don't do their job well! They don't answer calls n they don't reply to emails as well. Their service is very poor i want to to do cancelation on my older car n put the device on the new one, but i can get hold of them.
This has been happening for quite some time now. U called them until it put u to voice mail, they say leave a msg n your number but they won't call u. What kind of a service are they giving us!
Now m stuck the insurance is waiting for me with tracker certificate which i don't have coZ i can't get hold of them, the time is running n i don't know what to do now. My car is not safe, i can't even join another car tracker for now.

Secondly their geo lock app work pretty well ,i can give them 10/ 10 👌they do respond quickly. If they can fix their custom service, so that they won't lose customers.
