MIx Telematics has the Worst Customer Support in the world
It has been 4 months now and I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that Mix Telematics has the most terrible customer support service. In Telematics it's where your queries die a fast and unexplainable death. You only get that bot email and that's it. No follow up nothing.
I have been disputing my contract as they have breached it and charged me incorrect amounts. I stopped paying for it and reversed my debit orders because honestly I don't trust that I will ever get refunded even if by some miracle this problem is resolved.
I find it insulting when they call me to make an arrangement to pay (Implying I am struggling to pay for it) my account and I have explained until I am blue in the face that I will only pay once the correct amount is charged.
Is there someone who actually do their work in telematics or they are just there to collect salaries and go home

Just for the record if I find my name on any credit listing company I will consider this contract cancelled. For 4 months you have been ignoring me and now you threten me with credit bereau because you have the power to.
