Mix Telematics has ruined my life for my loyalty
Mix Telematics listed me on all credit bureaux 12 months after I have paid them in full. My car was written off after a horrible accident in December 2020, I had to cancel my tracker account and Mix Telematics asked for a settlement figure, I paid in January 2021. On the 25th of January 2022 they listed me for non payment. I am still suffering at this point because of their mistakes. If you want peace don't sign up with these people, they have ruined my life.

15 Feb 2022, 12:26Mix Telematics **** to me, they said they have sent communication to credit bureaux but Experian have confirmed that they have not received any communication from Mix Telematics, over and above that Experian investigating team have sent an email to Mix Telematics on the 11th of February 2022. They have not had an answer.
