Mix telematics harrassments and threats
I have been harassed and threatened by this company for payment of a tracker that was cancelled on 28 August 2021. Despite numerous emails sent to them, they do not bother to respond but will send you text messages for payment and threats to black list you. I am ready to take legal action against them and claim damages for the harrassment and threats.

27 Jan 2022, 14:51There are definitely no best intentions with this company. I get contacted after raising an issue on a public forum after being harassed for 3 solid months for your own error. This is about you managing your reputational risk and I have told your agent to make sure to delete all my information from your systems and cease any contact with me otherwise I will report you to the Regulator for non compliance to the Protection of Personal Information Act.

As I suspected that the harrassment will not end even post their promise to stop contacting me because they were at fault; I am now being harrassed by a company called MBD on their behalf for R64 I never owed them. I am not in the process of writing a complaint to the regulator and also discussing with my lawyers about my recourse is in this situation.
