Mix Telematics full of promises but don't deliver

Mix Telematics are absolutely useless starting from their customer care all the way up to their senior management. After 5 years of having their system and thankfully never had the need to activate it, I requested them in January to terminate the old and install a new one in my wife's car that she had traded in for a newer model. They undertook to do so the same day. They never followed up and days and weeks later we could not get anyone that was willing or able to assist us from their head office despite all our threats to report them for poor or non-existent service. Only after my wife reported it to hellopeter, did we get a call to ask how they could assist. After explaining the background and issues, I asked that the matter should be escalated to a more senior level. I was promised that I would be contacted, No one ever did and after almost 2 months of frustration we finally asked Mercedes Benz to arrange for a new tracking system.

Their President and CEO Stefan Joselowitz, is equally guilty. I have left messages to speak to him or his PA and I am either being ignored, or my requests never reach him, or perhaps they have enough clients and don't care getting any any new business from their their existing.

I have all the evidence in writing regarding all of my above allegations and they deserve to be blacklisted as a company with an extremely poor service delivery out of any other car tracking company n SA.
