I did not even want to give them a rating of any stars. Don't ever sign up with this company. More than 12 months after cancelling our debit order and our services with this company, 2 years AFTER our 3 year contract with them expired in 2018, they managed to submit a ********** and ******** debit order against our account twice in two weeks and the bank cannot put a stop on it because they use a different reference everytime.

Companies like this, should be shut down and charged for their ******** behaviour. In these very difficult times, you would think that companies will do whatever they can to hold on to their customers but NO, all the big corporates are just all about *****ing you as much as they can get away with it.
