Mix Telematics- demented or what???

Since my previous post regarding the appalling service received from Mix Telematics, the following:

I’ve posted my issue on 19 June 2023 and on 20 June 2023 I actually received a response on Hello Peter as well as a phone call.

Unbelievably I’ve received numerous DAILY calls from them, requesting permission to activate a debit order payment, or to make a payment!!!🤬🤬🤬.
