MIX telematics Confused with incorrect vehicle information

I got a Beanie device for my Bike. Few months I Sold my Bike. I contact Mix telematics to cancel device and service. They send me a cancelation fee to be paid but with a car Honda Ballade registration which is not my vehicle. I contacted them and advised I did not own Honda ballade and they need to look into this. Consultant advised that she will look into it and will call be back. Nobody called. I did not pay since nobody came back to me. I wrote several emails to debtors of mixtelematics but nobody has responded to my emails. How can I pay a cancellation fee with the incorrect Vehicle details?
