Mix Telematics compromises family safety no panic buttons.

I Purchased a brand new vehicle and was advised by the dealership that The Beamie tracker was the best tracking device in the market. My experience with Mix Telematics has not been a pleasant one. Poor service from fitment, call centre agent interaction. I was harassed by Alex Electrical in November 24 to have an upgrade as instructed by Mix Telematics. The upgrade was done on the 16 November 2024. No panic remote was issued at the time of fitment. We were not informed that the panic buttons was out of stock but on back order. A lengthy call was made with an agent Travis on *** on the 19 November 2024. He advised that his supervisor would call me as an escalation , no call to date was received. My family and I at risk as we do not have a panic button to alert radio control, however we receive a statement for the panic alert. Tried calling several times the operator hangs up. Mix Telematics your service sucks. Where is my panic button, you without fail debit my account for a service i do not receive. why am I paying for a service when you are compromising my safety.
