Mix Telematics communications a nightmare.

It is really a mission to contact Mix Telematics. I want to pay the cancellation of a Car that i sold a year ago. i am still paying for it monthly The mails ***eon holes are full and do not accept my emails, also phone messages are not available because they are also full. It is frustrating.
