Mix Telematics- Cant preform simple tasks. Dont recommend them to anyone
After my last review on Mix Telematics Service, I got a call very early the next morning. I spoke to a manager at Cancellations, Samantha, who apologised and said that this is definitely not the service that they provide. Since then, only 1 of my 2 cancellations were actioned. I emailed back multiple times, I called , I left voice messages, and I got absolutely no feedback from them. It seems the only way to get them to action your requests is to post a review about their pathetic service, then they call the next day. SAD but TRUE!

01 Oct 2021, 19:01As I said, it’s a pity that a complaint on Hello Peter is the only way to get a response out of Mix Telematics. My request was send on the 22nd September, with multiple follow ups on email, phone, etc. I will contact other tracking companies and move all my contracts away from Mix Telematics
