Mix Telematics Cancelation of Service is the Worst!!!!

Cancellation is a nightmare.

I have been trying to cancel their service for over a year. I had 4 vehicles with them that were sold and replaced. I am still being billed for a vehicle sold in 2019, and 2 were sold in March 2022.

Despite numerous phone calls and email, the continued to debit my account. Finally I stopped their debit order to hopefully get their attention, which worked! However, despite telephonic confirmation that the service will be cancelled they have continued to send me statements and now threatened to list me with the National Credit Bureau.

I have cancellation emails etc but they continue to send me statements that I am forced to pay as I cannot afford an unhealthy credit record.

MixTelematics are the worst business to ever deal with. Do NOT use their services, they are bullies !

I have countless case numbers with them but that doesn't resolve the problem.
