Mix Telematics Beami Tracking device what a joke for an organization
My Vehicle was ****** in Nov 2020. Mix Telematics could not track or recover my vehicle. I paid the subscription till end December 2020, in case there was a chance for them to recover it. After hundreds of calls and emails I am still getting statements saying I am 90 days in arrears with my account and my credit record is impacted by this. If you call them they cant refer you to a manager. send them emails you get a automated reference number and then nothing. was very quick to take my money for 6 years and now to cancel it is a nightmare. Absolutely worst people to deal with
