Mix Telematics - Beame service is pathetic

WHY does customer service at Mix Telematics not exist? What is the point of clients sending requests through and getting case numbers, when nobody responds to the clients and the issues that need attention are not resolved? I have numerous case numbers for the same issues, but nothing is being done. Management should look into what sort of pathetic service is currently being offered to clients and maybe they will also understand why they lose business.
