Mix Telematics - Bad, Bad, Bad
I had an account in 2019 and in all honesty when i sold the vehicle i completely forgot about this, this company listed my ITC without giving me my 20 days listing notice, when I received an invoice I contacted them and arranged to have the account settled of which I did, they are very rude, from Randy to Letlhogonolo, I actually as her when she drops the call that she must listen how she is speaking to consumers, I had the decency to contact them, settle and be an uptodate customer they promise to update ITC which a month later they never did, when you call them back they dont anwer or ignore you, they had Barry and Marius cc into the e-mail which i assume is higher managerment that also did not bother to calm the situation, they talk to each other behind the scenes, as a consumer they are very rude towards customers, I actually sent a mail for cancellation with confirmation that no additional cost will apply in order to cover myself. they lie on their communication and say that their calls are recorded, when you ask them to pull the recordings they come up with different stories, i am in communication with big industries that uses tracking devises and believe me, this company I will never interduce or recommend. Even with previous hellopeter comments, I can see where these people come from as I have experienced the same.
The NCA requires that your creditor – the company to which you owe money – or the debt collector responsible for collecting the money inform you in writing of their intention to negatively list you at a credit bureau. They are required to give you 20 working days to respond before submitting your name to the bureau for listing. My contact details ie e-mail address never changed, I have asked for proof, which was never provided.
When asked if they have updated accordingly, I received a responds as follow: "Do you think I have your ITC in front of me" this is how they talk to people/customers. Besides Hellopeter there are other consumers platforms, they think they have the upper hand to just list, talk to you the way the feel like and not be reported as they are also answerable to the NCR (National Credit Regulator) that grants them their NCR number and they are treating people very unfairly they think that they can list and think that we as consumers wont or cant so anything about it, if it was unfairly listed, they act on emotions instead of facts.
