Mix Telematics are theives dont ever use them!!

I sent a request for my subscription to be cancelled on 27/02 (Case ***5), This means that my last payment should have been 28/02 Feb in order to accommodate the 30 day notice. 31 March Mix telematics took another installment which I had to return it was supposed to be cancelled I logged another request ( Case: ***5). End of April the SAME story (Case ***6) guess what MAy the Same thing (Case ***5). Eventually the subscription was cancelled but not the end of my struggle with mix telematics. I then started getting messages that my account is in arrears. Once again I phone in and Spoke to Bradley Swart who promised that it would be sorted ( Call Ref***). Today I got an SMS that my account is in arrears and will be handed over. Notice was given in Feb and last payment received. I have had it and will make it know to a many people as possible mix telematics are *******!! Ombud here we come!!!!
