MiX Telematics Africa - stay away from them
Terrible service... you cannot get ahold of anyone via the telephone. I cancelled my contract with them. I managed to speak to someone in the call center who confirmed the cancellation, the next month they tried to deduct the debit order. Had it reversed. Emailed them again (case no: ***0), still no reply, and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Yet I'm getting sms's telling me to pay, as I'm in arrears.
