Mix Telematics Africa No Help

I am trying for two weeks to get to talk about somebody at Mix Telematics Africa (Beame) to move my tracking device that I pay for every month to my new car. Without that I do not have theft and hi jack cover. No success at all. Who will take the responsibility if I loose my car in the above mentioned circumstances? What a useless company with no proper system to request help. I wonder if they can trace there own tracking devices. Insurance Companies should reconsider if they want to use this company.
