MiX Telematics Africa - NEVER FAILS TO DISAPPOINT TIME AFTER TIME AND TIME AFTER TIME

Dear Kaya,

Please refer to above complaints and specifically the one dated 05 Mar 2021, 10:40.

I advised that I paid the cancellation fee of R300.00 for the Ford Ranger in October 2020 and provided your company with the proof of payment then, however, I was now again in April 2021 charged for this same cancellation fee.

I need to be refunded R300.00 as I have paid R600.00 for the cancellation of one vehicle.

Urgently attend to this matter as it truly seems as if no one actually does what they are supposed to do as these concerns have been raised in the past and remains unresolved.

I will be moving my service to a different company should this issue not be resolved immediately.
