MiX Telematics Africa / Beame Tracking - 8 months of double billing

Good day,

Mix Telematics / Beame has been double billing us for the past 8 months. The first contract expired end of last year 2019 (on my name), took out a new contract with a new device (on my wife's name) for the same car.

I have requested to cancel the old contract on my name numerous time but no joy.

I have sent numerous emails, phoned a lot, demanded to speak to a manager but again this past November 2020 billing, got double billed again.

No proper help, no proper assistance & NO REFUND!

I was double billed 2 days again after our last communication in December despite receiving a cancellation email / letter.
I have not received any refund yet either.
