MiX Telematics Africa / Beame Tracker - Disgusting Service

I cancelled my service with Mix Telematics because their service was terrible. I received an email notifiying me that my contract had been cancelled. They continue to debit me every month, and every month I return all the debit orders. One department dosnt know from the other department whats going on, instead every return and stop debit order costs me money. What happened to customer service? Not to mention that under 24 hours before my contract ended I received a call on a Friday afternoon to say that it was expiring would I want to renew it.
