MiX Telematics Africa Beame - Absolutely useless Customer Care
Received a Beame device a while ago. Have not had any issues UNTIL I needed to cancel the device. You cannot get a hold of anyone. The line just rings. It gives you a prompt to push 7 and they will call you back, they NEVER do. There is an option to request a customer care off of the website - you can do this an no one will get back to you.
This company will frustrate you beyond belief! Rather run - use another tracking company.
CONTACT ME SO I CAN CANCEL MY DEVICE> I AM IMMIGRATING SO I WON'T BE HERE!!!
