Mix Telematics Africa bad, very bad service.
I have a tracking unit installed from the above company on September 2023, on 11 April 2023 when I tried to locate the vehicle, no response. I call the customer care department on 13 April 2023. They promised to replace the battery of the unit. Till to date 10 May 2023, I have been calling them almost every day with no assistance.
