Mix telematics a waste of time

Firstly, I signed a agreement with the company named Beam which was brought to my attention belongs to this company. When I lost my car keys and had to use my spare keys which did not have the remote to deactivate the alarm etc, not once did this company contact me to find out why the alarm was set off and how they could assist. I therefore stopped payment as their service was **********.

I then started receiving final demand emails requesting payments for the months I refused to pay. I have now emailed them for the past 2 weeks to receive a settlement amount and to ensure the service will be cancelled with absolutely no response. I have about 5 reference numbers the most recent ***6.

Take my advise do not ever use this company it is panful.
