Mix Telematics a useless company

I wonder where to report a company that only knows to deduct installments but not to render services as promised. My panic button is not working, I phoned the company several times. I only phone to hear the automated voice at the end I try to a message only to be told that the mailbox is full I must call at another time of which I wasted my airtime for nothing. They don't reply on WhatsApp, Facebook and emails.

I was in trouble and pressed the panic button but there was no assistance.... Monthend they deduct for service they don't render
