Mix Telematics a bunch of *****- stay away.

This company is full of lies and empty promises.

In the middle of January 2020, I received a number of calls from Beamie aka Mix Telematics about the upgrade on my MX3 Tracking unit on my vehicle.

I was hesitating at first but eventually I agreed to the upgrade telephonically(I have been using them for the past 24 months, unfortunately I never really tested them.)

One of the products that apparently comes with an upgrade is a Take me home service. On Friday the 31st of January 2020 I called them up(something drive) to arrange the take me home service, they took all my details and suprise suprise I was told my policy was not active, I called Matrix and I was told my policy was active.

After numerous calls between two campabies, including being transfered to the reception, I decided to request the telephone recording when the upgrade was done, after 2 hours or so the team lead/supervisor of the salas person who did an upgrade contacted me claiming she was busy listening to the recording and promised to send it to me on that friday afternoon.

No take me home service was privided and no recording was sent to me.

7 days later today the 6th of February I decided to. Call Matrix again to find out about the whereabouts of my recording, suprise suprise they cannot give it to me, its apparently against their policy or something. So clause/phrase "please note that this call is recorded and will be made available to you on request" IS A LIE. They will not give it to you.

So now on seeking cancellation on basise of broken trust relationship I am told that I am tied to this contract for the next 24 months, now I am certainly going to get some few things tested I cannot be taken for a ride.
