Mix Telematics
After I wrote to Hello Peter,Mix Telematics did send me an email still demanding the cancellation fee and the pro-rata settlement amount, that after we send proof that Car was written off. ..Mix Telematics don't care about customers, they are only in to suck every cent of of an 84 year-old lady ,who must deal with her car been written off. ,There device is still in the car ,with no damage, but they don't care about the device ...We don't know what tomorrow bring, so be careful to buy anything from Mix Telematics

27 Mar 2023, 13:37I have no miss call on my phone from You today ..After my first placing on Hello Peter ,an agent did call and as I wrote above ,demanding the settlement amount because my Mom had a 3 year contract with You ,and after 4 months into contract her car was written off ...but still Mix Telematics demand that my Mom must still pay for the whole contract...You people don't care about the client
