Mix Telematics

I tried to contact Mix Telematics to cancel my vehicle tracking devices with no success. They simply do not answer you phone call nor reply on your email nor reply on their service bot. Eventually I cancelled the stop order I gave them ample time to respond. Now they handed me over for debt collection. I asked you how do you cancel if Mix Telematics do not respond to your request. I gave them ample notice of my intention to cancel. They are worst company or service provider I ever dealt with and if I read the various complaints it seams to be their norm
