Mix Telematics

I took a Mix Telematics tracking device Aug 2017.I have been paying then without defaulting with trust and peace of mind that my car is covered .On the 28 January 2018 tsotsis stole my car in Mondeor JHB South and they left it on the streets of Diepsloot. Mix Telematics failed to find the car left openly on the streets of Diepsloot and their reasons was: There are instances where a vehicle cannot be found. Then what am I paying for? There was no way in hell I can continue paying for this kind of cover. I was shocked that they failed to find a car dumped on the open street of Diepsloot. I queried this matter and a call center Agent named Noluthando Mabaso called me and we agreed telephonically for Telematics to cancel this service. I never received cancellation letter. Immediately after our conversation with the agent , I realised that Mix Telematics have handed the account over to external Debt Collection company based in Alberton. I am also receiving monthly statement from this company. Today i just received a statement from Telematics saying i owe them R1207.04. Then i realised how **** Telematics is.everything they are saying on Hello Peter they are just doing it for public .They are not professional. So every time they harass me with their calls from external Debt collection .i will b sharing this story with my Facebook and Twitter friends to let them know how this company operates, So they don't fall into this trap . Telematics is only happy when they Debit your account but when problems comes they act different. I am still waiting for paid up letter from Noluthando Mabaso and I do not owe Telematics a Cent. Stop harassing me!
