Mix telematics

Mix telematics customer care call center agent contacted me in connection with my query.

The telematics acount is supposed to be closed as per telephone conversation with the Agent. I was very suprised when i receive a call from external Debt collector .Meaning that Mix Telematics handed the account over .

The company calls me every day twice a day on behalf of telematics demanding a payment .This shows how **** Telematics is .becouse what they are saying they don't do.

I still receive their statements . The agent who promised to close this account did not even send proof.

Previously in May 2019 they debited my account twice. Because I stopped their debits from accessing my account, they changed references & debited my account twice.

I went back reversed and blocked them again .I don't owe telematics nothing .I will be paying nothing to telematics.

They must stop harassing me .
