mix **** telematics

Hi I had a tracking device installed on my car 2018 as per request from my insurance, the refer met to mix telematics. I had the device for about a year in the car, then I traded the car last year 2019 December, I asked them to cancel the device because I was trading for a new car. Then a few months later I notice the device was never canceled, i gave them a call they said they never received a email but after I have send the email I gave them a call to make sure the device gets canceled and the guy a spoke to said the device will be canceled. On the 13/10/2020 I received a sms that said I must make a payment of R571.75 which was the outstandingamount, on the 15/10/2020 I made the payment of R571.75, again I gave them a call they said the received the payment and I asked again to cancel the device, they guy said he put the cancelation in it takes 30days to reflect. This morning 29/10/2020 I received a sms from them saying I must make a payment of R128.06. I'm fed up with this **** now.
