Mix Telematics

Is there an institution that protects us consumers against companies like Mix Telematics. Vehicle was sold in 2019 and contract terminated. after four months the debit orders was back. Could not retrieve recording log of cancellation. Written cancellation done to no reply received. Duplicated debit orders that was stopped and disputed with cost to myself as FNB could not assist with this blatant "theft". now after 5 years of disputing this, Mix Telematics has invaded my credit profile as BAD dept. Unexpectable business practice.
