Mix talamatix no service company

Hi all

This is my second review that i wright on this unsupported and no service company.

Like i have mentioned before a telly sales lady phone me in June and told me that i am due for an upgrade from tracker to Mix telematix and theier will be no cost of installing the devices in two of my vehicals. I have ask her three times is she 100% sure and she reply yes sir. She also said that they will take care of the cancelation on Tracker. After the second month i paid both tracker companys i thought this was last month payment at Tracker but the second month same happend that was August. I then started phoning MiX talamatix. They now threatened me they will put me on itc and they cant present the telly sales lady's recording. After the last review a lady did phone me ans said they will sort out my account and a manager will contact me that was in November. Till today's no one hase phoned me and my account has not been sorted.

I even wrote an review on theier Facebook page and no one has contacted me.

This month in December they deducted again from my account.

This is definitely a ****ty company to work with and i do not segest any body in South Africa need to work with a company that can give you no sevice.

The question what will happen when they steel or hijack your car they will pul up there shoulders with no answer.
