MIX ripoff Telematix
Think twice before you sign up with these guys - I sent a mail to their debtor's dept to cancel my contract and even got a ticket nr. No response from them so I assumed it was taken care of but after 2 months my contract was still active, apparently you need to contact their cancellations dept to do that but no one told me that so now they want to sue me because I'm 2 months in arrears according to them...so much for being a VALUED customer. They are a bunch of ******, stay away as far as possible!
