Mix is billing me months after account was closed and car was sold!
Requested cancellation of my account early Dec 2023. Mix responded on 16 Dec 2023 that I need to pay a settlement amount. I paid that immediately and they confirmed they received it and will close the account. I have since been billed for Jan and now Feb 2024. I have emailed Goodness Twala and copied mailto:*** however they have stopped responding to my emails. Very unhappy
