It is impossible to communicate with this organization as if you try and raise them telephonically you are put on hold indefinitely and they do not acknowledge or respond to emails as this is a black hole. It would appear all tracking organizations in South Africa are equally useless - be it Netstar, Tracker or MiX Telematics and I have personal experience dealing with all of them. How these people remain in business is beyond me as they are running a circus!
