MiX: A Fristrating Disappointment

I cancelled my MiX Telematix account in January 2023. On 25 January 2023, MiX Telematix sent me a written confirmation of immediate cancellation with no mention of any outstanding fees or balance.

Despite this, a billing was raised against me after cancellation — which I disputed at the time. Years later, this incorrect listing has now begun negatively impacting my credit score.

MiX Telematix does not answer their phones and has not responded to any of my correspondence. I have documentary proof of the cancellation confirmation and my disputes.

This is a clear case of incorrect credit listing for a debt that does not exist. I am demanding the immediate removal of this listing from my credit profile and a written response confirming same within 10 business days.

If this is not resolved, I will be escalating to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and exploring further legal remedies.
